Calm: A free app that offers guided or unstructured meditation breaks for as long as you need. It also plays soothing sounds to help you relax.
Pacifica- Another free app based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which helps with anxiety. It has many features, including a mood tracker and breathing tactics.
Panic Relief- A free app designed by psychiatrists to help people during a panic attack. The app helps people through the attacks with breathing exercises and body movements.
Suicide
This website is to help and educate people about mental health issues, and to give aid to those needing help with their experiences. However, if you are feeling suicidal or have tried to commit suicide, please either call or chat with specialized suicide prevention counselors. You can call or talk to them anytime, and remain anonymous while doing so.

Often related to suicide and depression comes self harm, where people cut, burn, or hurt themselves. Here are some apps that help redirect the urge to do harm to your body.
Calm Harm: This is a free app that helps you to do something other than harm yourself. It has different activities to choose from, including Comfort, Distract, and Release.
Self Heal: This is another free app to help with self harm, and it has distraction tasks, as well as mood boosting pictures. It also provides a list of phone numbers and websites to access for support.
