We want to help people with mental health disorders by connecting them with therapists to talk to and get advice from, and with others who are in the same boat to share experiences.

Being high school students, we know school itself is a huge source of anxiety. We've put together different ways we alleviate school stress so that other students like us can have good resources to guide them.
